SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship domestically within the U.S.

Damaged Items: "Cody No Love" is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Cody No Love, we strive to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns:

  1. Eligibility: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and any custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email address] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date for defective or incorrect items only.

  2. Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email address] to obtain an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, but [Store Name] will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

  4. Inspection: Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and send you a notification email.

Conditions:

  • If items are received in a damaged, used, or altered state, the return or exchange will be declined and the items will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
